Hi, I am an Australian-born citizen living overseas, I have my passport and birth certificate, but no Medicare card. I can't select "Birth Certificate" to increase the Strength level within the MyGov app, even though Birth Certificate is mentioned on the website. How can I proceed. Thank you in advance.
