My name had been wrongly recorded as the business owner (for my sole trader ABN) and company director (for my Pty Ltd Company ABN) and my name does not match with my legal name in Australia which is printed on my Australian PR Visa and Australian Citizenship certificate. Both the registrations show differently printed names and looks like even for both businesses' identity of the owner is different. I have been trying to get this fixed but the ABR team does not give any attention.
I am unable to apply for a director's ID due to this situation and things are just not moving in the right direction to rectify the issues.
