I am currently overseas in Chile and cannot access myGov because my account is linked to an old Australian phone number.
I need an official TFN confirmation letter to complete a DASP claim with Hostplus, but I am unable to contact the ATO by phone.
Is there any way to obtain a TFN confirmation letter or verify my TFN without phone access or myGov?

You have a few options to access your TFN info while overseas without phone access. If you've lost access to your Australian mobile number, you may need to create a new myGov account and re-link to the ATO, selecting email as the preferred option for receiving codes. You can also download the ATO app, which allows for faster login.
Another option is to use myID to link your account. Once you've regained access to ATO online services, you'll be able to access your TFN information and any official letters you need for your DASP claim with Hostplus.
