How do I lodge a Declaration of Days Unavailable for Private Use form?

Hi @cgreen,

You don’t lodge that form with us. A Declaration of days unavailable for private use isn’t an ATO form with a form number or lodgment process.

It’s a supporting record that employers create or use to meet FBT record‑keeping requirements (for example, to substantiate that a car wasn’t available for private use on certain days). The declaration is only provided to us if the employer is asked to substantiate their FBT position.
