According to the guide here, there should be an menu item called "Loan Accounts".

To locate the balance of your loan accounts using ATO online services:

  1. Log in to ATO online services.
  2. Select Tax.
  3. Select Accounts.
  4. Select Loan accounts.

However I couldn't find it.

https://myhelpbalance.gov.au/ has already reflected the latest loan balance, and it's been a few days already.

I've also tried calling ATO, which is to no avail as well.

Please advise how I can make it display so I could make a voluntary payment.

Thanks.

Hi @Takechiyo,

The steps shown on our website for accessing Loan accounts in ATO Online services haven’t changed.

Recent changes announced mean that HELP loan balance info can now be viewed through the myHELPbalance service using myID, which is why you’re seeing your balance there. This change doesn’t remove or alter where HELP loan accounts appear in ATO Online services.
