I have a PTY LTD. company where I am the only employee right now. I pay my own super but some time end of the month and some time later depending on fund availability and other business expenses. Now, is the new rule "Payday Super" applicable to me as the employer and employee at the same time?

G'day @NSPRE-PTY-LTD 👋

Do you meet the definition of an employee? If so, you might be obliged to remit PAYGW, pay super guarantee and report payments via STP 🤓

You clearly set your business up for super? You meet your employer SG obligations?

If you are, then yes, under Payday Super, the super guarantee obligations are changing for all employees, including some contractors, from 1 July 2026 😉
