66 years old, husband 68. My balance approx $800,000.

In November 2024 my husband took $120,000 from his super then I put it into my super account.

ATO currently says I have not triggered the bring forward rule.

Can I now withdraw $360,000 from my super then put it back in?

Will it automatically go back in as Non Concessonal?

Does my super fund need to be informed of anything?

Thank you.

Hi, just another question for you.

Because I contributed $120,000 in November 2024 can I make another $120,000 contribution this year before July, then do the bring forward in July for $390,000?

Thanks
