Since it's been over 2 weeks since you paid, your payment should now be showing.
Where your payment still isn't showing after checking online, there may be an issue with the payment details you used. Each tax account has a unique payment reference number (PRN) that you'd use when paying. Using the wrong PRN or reference number can delay your payment reaching the correct account.
If you've used the wrong:
- biller code and paid to another organisation - you'll need to phone your bank ASAP to discuss next options
- PRN - phone our lodge and pay enquiry line (and provide payment amount, date of payment, receipt number, PRN you used and bank account details).
