Can I email my certificate of residency form to the ATO?

Hi @pankaj_dave1010,

You can't email the form directly to us.

If you have an ABN or WPN, you can submit your certificate of residency form to us using Secure mail through ATO online services.

If you don't have an ABN or WPN, you'll need to mail the completed form to us at:

Australian Taxation Office

PO Box 3544

ALBURY NSW 2640

If your form is completed correctly, you should receive your certificate of residency within 28 days of us receiving it.
