Hello,

System exception is for "Your identity has not been confirmed".

There is been no obvious option to fix the error using the fix error button.

One thing I got wrong in the ABN application that wasn't picked up was a DOB of by 1 year. I don't see any way to fix that. Is that what will be causing the error?

Can that be fixed?

The ABN application questions looked similar to the TFN application and I did find a comment in the community that stated when you apply for a partnership ABN it includes a TFN. Just sure if that's correct or how to find it, if it did create one.

Hi @rodney.mckee,

When you applied for an ABN as a partnership, a TFN would have been automatically created for the partnership entity. This means you don’t need to apply for one separately. This is likely causing the error.

To fix the date of birth issue, you’ll need to contact us directly. We can correct the incorrect information in your partnership’s records, which should resolve the identity verification error. You can’t fix this type of backend error through the online application system or the ‘fix error’ button.
