Not exactly what that clause means - but would apply if you make a spouse contribution on top of 360 [Removed by moderator] NCC.


Offset cannot be claimed on any spouse contribution that causes total to exceed NCC cap for that year.

So to clarify a spouse contribution of $3,000 plus spouse's bring forward NCC of $357,000 would allow for a Spouse Tax Offset of $540 ?? (pity you can't claim 3 yrs of Offset totalling $1,620 or can you ??)
