Hi

I moved to my home country 3 years back as my visa was expiring soon. Few months back I tried to withdraw my super money from my super provider but they said the money has been moved to ATO.

I have applied for ATO held super money 8 months back. I have not received any response or outcome of my application. I tried contacting them through official Email @ato.gov.au" target="_blank" style="font-size: small;">DASPmail@ato.gov.au attaching all my documents. No response from them. I don't have access to mygov or to Australian phone number. What should i do now?

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Hi @vinay,

The email address you mentioned (DASPmail@ato.gov.au) isn’t monitored for application enquiries (only visa related issues). Because you applied around 8 months ago, there may be an issue with your application that needs to be followed up.

Without access to myGov, it’s hard to check whether we’ve sent you any messages about your application. If you have a friend or family member in Australia that you trust, or a registered tax agent you can nominate them as an authorised contact. They can then contact us on your behalf to ask about the status of your application.

If you don’t have someone who can act as an authorised contact, you’ll need to contact us directly about your application by either:
