Hi @thorgan,
The service standard for processing a super guarantee charge (SGC) statement is 14 days for online lodgment and 28 days for paper lodgment. This is how long it takes us to process the statement after you've lodged and paid the SGC amount to us.
The total time for funds to reach your employees will be the processing timeframe plus any distribution time. Online lodgment is faster and has a lower chance of errors compared to paper lodgment.
