I have been accessing ATO online portal for agents before, now, as I have transferred to another employer, I was asked again for additional POI. I resubmitted what I have provided before through my new employer. How long would it take for ATO to approve since my basic ID is still active?
I'm assuming you don't have a TFN and went down the postal option
I don't think anyone here would know, unless they work in that department. How long did it take last time? - that would probably be the best answer you can get
