Hi,


If you've ever signed into ATO online services with a strong MyID, then it will lock you into using the same identity strength/sign in method. If you're unable to get a strong identity strength again, I'd recommend calling the ATO as they'd be able to either do some troubleshooting with you, or reset it allowing you to use a standard to sign in.
