Hello community - My wife commenced employement in Februay 2025 for the first time since 2012 (Prior to MyGov). She has been trying for over six months to gain access to her personal information (group certificate) by lionking myGov to the ATO, has provided all the correct information to the ATO with, no result (many phone calls, forms completed and sent - zero acknowledgement or resolution).
I am unable to comple my own tax return, as we are unable to access her group certificate to accuratley represent her income or to complete her Tax Return. I'm aware a short term fix is calculate her income for the last financial year - short of this we're at a loss.
