History
Land was Bought and held in trust under my sister's name in the early 1970's.
To be transferred to me on turning 18 in 1976.
She neglected to do the transfer.
Then capital gains tax started.
She passed away in 2024 and I am the executor of her estate.
I would become the executor of the trust which holds 1 piece of land and I am the sole beneficiary. This has not been done yet.
