My son's tax refund was due in October 2025 but due to him clicking on a scam message earlier in 2025, he had to speak to someone at the ATO. After getting that sorted and putting his return in, it's still showing as being processed. He's loath to spend hours on the phone to the ATO - how else can he find out what's going on?
