I have not been able to use https://onlineservices.ato.gov.au/Individual/Home for weeks.
I keep getting the same error "Quicklinks are currently unavailable"
I checked https://www.ato.gov.au/about-ato/contact-us and there are 100 ways to "contact us" but none of them are applicable or they are asking me to reach via the website, which doesn't work.
Can you please just provide me with an email address I can reach out to for help?

You can try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the 'Quicklinks are currently unavailable' error when accessing ATO online services. Start by refreshing the web page using 'Ctrl + F5' on Windows or 'command + R' on Mac. If that doesn't work, clear the cache and cookies in your web browser and try again.
You can also try using a different supported web browser such as Firefox or Chrome, or restart your computer and attempt to access the service again. It's worth checking our system maintenance page to see if there are any outage notifications that might be affecting the service.
