Will I get another NOA once I pay my tax debt.

I received a revised Notice of Assessment on 24 April showing a tax debt. However, I had already paid this amount on 21 April.

Will I receive an updated Notice of Assessment confirming that the debt has been paid?

I need to upload my Notice of Assessment for a visa application. Should I upload the current one, or wait until I receive an updated version that reflects the payment?

No. That's not what the NOA is for
"Your notice of assessment (NOA) is the statement we issue that explains how your tax assessment is calculated. "

Paying the debt doesn't change the NOA. You might be confusing it with statement of accounts which ATO sometimes sends
