How to find out if my family trust is still registered?

Hi @steveswift,

Trusts aren't registered with us in the same way that companies are. A family trust doesn't have a registration status to check, but it will have an ABN and TFN if it's been set up for business or other purposes.

You can check the current status of your family trust's ABN by searching the ABN Lookup. This will show you if the ABN is active or has been cancelled.
