Hi all,

Im living in the UK at the moment, Back late last year I set up, (or tried to setup) an myid account, but made a mess of things.

Couldnt sort things out but wasnt too worried as I was going to be back in Aus for a few weeks (March / April).

Rang up and got put through to the myid people and the lady took my info, and was going to delete my old attempt so I could re-do it all. (I no longer had access to my old email address)


Lady said it cold take a while for it towork it's way through the system, 2 or 3 weeks I think she said, but just went in to try and set up account, and the systemwont let me as my passport number was still on the file, with the old email i dont have anymore.


Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

The easier way would have been you used the previous MyID account and changed the email rather than making a new account


I think you would need to call MyID again

I did give that a try, unfortunatly, I couldnt get very far as it was asking for the email that I initially used to set up Myid, as I have closed that email account, and cant remember that gmail address, Im stuck. :(
