I paid a Div 293 assessment and the ATO has credited it to my income tax account. The result is that my account statement shows my Div 293 account in credit, and an equal amount in my income tax account as overdue.

This process usually happens automatically and the accounts will balance themselves. If it has been more than 14 days you can contact us to have the issue investigated.
Thanks JayATO. Can you suggest the best avenue of contact - none of the information in the contact us link seems suitable for this simple request to reallocate a payment... Do I need to lodge a complaint?
