In trying to link my gov to the ATO, firstly I received a code to my registered email but was then told I would be sent another code to my registered Australian phone number.
However, that phone number has been out of service for 8 years.
Since I now live in Thailand, I tried to use my Thai phone number but MyGov will not accept my Thai phone number and my Australian phone number has been cancelled.
