Two completely different Government departments with different meanings of your home. PPOR is not an ATO term and has nothing to do with capital gains tax (CGT), or the ATO.
For CGT your home is called your main residence. (or the property you consider as your main residence under the 6 year rule)
Revenue NSW PPOR may not necessarily be your main residence for CGT purposes.
