Hi @Nativa,

Given you lodged on 1 December and it's now May, your return has exceeded our standard processing timeframe of 12 business days for electronically lodged returns. When you've called and haven't been able to get specific information about what's causing the delay, the next step is to lodge a complaint with us.

You can lodge a complaint through several channels:

  • call the complaints line
  • use a registered Australian tax agent to lodge on your behalf
  • lodge an online complaints form to us.

If you're experiencing serious hardship, mention this in your complaint as we may be able to prioritise processing in these circumstances.
