The ACNC has approved our charity request to change financial year from 30 June to 31 December. do we also need approval from the ATO, or is the ACNC approval sufficient

Hi @NFPDirector,
You will need to apply for a substituted accounting period with the ATO as well. You can include your ACNC approval as additional information on your application.
