With the super laws that have came out, where employers have to pay their employees super, does the super payment get deducted from the employees pay before they get paid working under ABN subcontracting.

The recent legislative changes to super didn't introduce the requirement for employers to pay super for their employees - they've always had to pay super!
As for deducting super from wages, only if that's what your contract stipulates. Otherwise, super is on top of wages 🤓
