The ATO tax table explains the tax impacts of 27 FN in the FY, however, all employers can do is communicate to employees when a FY is going to have 27 FNs and how they can request additional tax if they don't want a PAYG shortfall at tax time.
You can't make them do it and you can't do it for them😉
