If an individual is under the age of 65 and receiving income protection benefits, replacing his salary. Can he claim a tax deduction on super contributions? Does he meet the work test by receiving Income Protection benefit only. Or would he need to meet the work test by another means? What could make him qualify from meeting the work test?
