I submitted my DASP on 30/03/2026 and left Australia in February. On the DASP website, the application is submitted to my super fund. However, when I follow up with them, they claim that there is no DASP application for me. What should I do? It is rather difficult for me to call and be on hold for hours from an international line.

Hi @Mayvu9,

Your super fund should be able to see your DASP application if it was successfully submitted through the DASP online application system. The system sends the application directly to your fund, so there may be a delay in their processing or they may need to check their system again.

You can check the status of your application by re-entering the DASP online application system. When you log back in, you'll need to enter exactly the same personal details you used when you first created the application.

The system will show your application status as 'submitted' if it was successfully sent to your fund. Once an application is submitted, it appears on the Submitted applications page and will also display the contact details for your fund. You can't change the application through the online system after submission, but you can view it to confirm the details were sent correctly.

If your application shows as submitted, contact your super fund directly using the contact details shown. The service standard for processing a DASP is 28 days from when the fund receives your completed application. If your fund still can't locate it after checking, you may need to provide them with the reference details from the DASP online system.

If you're having difficulty making international calls, you could consider authorising a trusted friend or family member in Australia as an authorised contact. They can then follow up with your fund or with us on your behalf.
