We are currently setting up another company profile in the payroll software.
One of the requirements is for the employer to provide an “Employer Nominated Super Account.”
However, the existing business super account was set up quite a long time ago (approximately 7 years ago), and unfortunately no one has the account details or portal access. Although we recently recreated the account, it has never actually been used.
Given the difficulty in recovering access, we would prefer to establish a new employer nominated super account with a different provider for the payroll setup and compliance purposes.
Could you please confirm whether it is possible for the employer to create and use a new employer nominated super account for payroll setup compliance?
