I am an Australian living in Indonesia full time for the last 12 years. I should be able to claim the Medicare exemption for the last 7 years. However when i try to fill in the M.E.S form, it doesnt cater for people living overseas. It only asks questions geared towards people who have migrated to Australia. I cannot answer most questions and therefore cant proceed with this form. What can/should i do. Thanks
