Just after a bit of advice regarding liability/business structure.
At the moment I operate under my ABN as a sole trader with a registered business name, and I occasionally use subcontractors/other cleaners for jobs.
Someone mentioned that if a client were to sue or there was an issue, it would fall under me personally because the ABN is in my own name. I just wanted to check how this works in practice and whether I should be considering anything additional at this stage (insurance/business structure etc).
