How is the MLS threshold applied to a taxpayer who had a spouse with a DVA Gold Card who died during the year (the taxpayers spouse died, not the taxpayer), and the taxpayer was subsequently granted their own DVA Gold Card? For the period the spouse was alive, is it simply that the couples threshold applied, based on both of their MLS income for the whole year?
