Hi There just wondering if anyone can help on the below matter:
Our business which is a Pty Ltd changed its officeholder and communicated it to ASIC by lodging form 484E. The change as per ASIC records was effective from 20/05/2026.
Despite the ASIC records were correct, the Australian Business Register is still showing as of today the old director as company officeholder. I thought the ABR would update its records based on the ASIC ones but in this instance is not the case. What should we do? Contact the ABR or the ATO or doing something else?
