Ordinary shares are considered as "Indirect interests in Australian real property" (Point 2 of TAP) if taxpayer owns more than 10% of the entity (e.g. public traded companies).

So what I am asking here is, if taxpayer doesn't own more than 10% of the entity, taxpayer does not have indirect interest in Australian property, does it just mean that no CGT is triggered?
