Retired Nurse/Union Official here - love reading the questions and answers from the taxicorns and HR/IR/ER experts, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience.

I retired at 60 just under a year go. I left my super in my retirement account with only a one off annual withdrawal for the minimum 4% (20030) due late June.

I was originally told that any lumps sum withdrawals taken during the year would reduce the annual payment. However, I have since taken three lump sums totally more than the minimum but told by ART that lump sum withdrawals do NOT count towards the annual payment minimum.

What is the right position and why?

Stay safe lovelies
