My boss has requested I be linked to the company through RAM but although she has logged in and requested me to be added several times now, I am yet to receive an invitation email. We have emailed and called and also sent online chats but no-one has got back to us.

Is your boss the principal authority or administrator in RAM and are you using a work email domain or a personal email for your authorisation?

If it's a work email you might need to contact your email hosting service to make sure that noreply@authorisationmanager.gov.au is not being blocked by a spam filter or firewall.

If it's personal, check your spam or junk folder and if using outlook, make sure to add the email to the safe senders list.

If you're in the office with them they can always check the code and give it to you verbally and try it that way. Just make sure the name on the authorisation matches your myID.

Are they getting any error messages when they've tried to add you in RAM?

Thanks Wombat26

Yes she is the principal authority & administrator

Using my personal gmail account as that is the email linked to my myGov and myID accounts.

Yes I have checked spam and junk folders

No she doesnt work here at the office.

I have watched her put all 3 requests in and she gets no errors
