How can i be added as an authorised contact to do a tax return for strata complex?

Hi, how can I be added as an authorised contact to do an online tax return for strata complex? We self-manage and the complex has an abn. We don't have any income to report so we just need to do a lodgement of NIL income. This is the first year that I will be doing it as a Council of Owner. Does the previous contact need to add me as an authorised contact in their my gov portal? IF so, what details do they need? My TFN? Full name etc? Thanks
