I may need to lodge tax return on-line but cannot do so as about 13 years ago I on my last Tax return I advised that no future returns needed to be lodged. How can I re-activate return lodgments

You'll need to contact us directly to start lodging returns again.
When you advised 13 years ago that no future returns were needed, we updated our records to reflect that. So, you need to let us know your circumstances have changed.
The quickest way is to phone our individual line (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm). When you call, let us know that you now need to lodge tax returns and we'll update your records. Once this is done, you'll be able to access the forms online through myTax using your myGov account linked to ATO online services.
