Hi, I'm trying to suss out the invalid Carer offset since I need to lodge for the first time in years. I currently receive Carer Payment and Carer Allowance; my spouse was formerly on DSP (last tax year) after being permanently disabled in a workplace accident. We eventually won mediation so Worksafe is now responsible for payments and disability care rather than Centrelink and NDIS. Does that make me ineligible for the carer offset?
