I am trying to link my ATO account to my myGov account, but I keep receiving the following error:

Error code: ICI.001

The message says:

"Call us to complete the linking process. You are unable to proceed. More information is needed before you can link your ATO record."

Unfortunately, I have tried calling the ATO on 13 28 61 several times, but the wait time is extremely long and I have not been able to speak with anyone before the call ends.

Is there have any way to call them.
