Will my tax return update my activity statement or do I still have to pay?

Hi, I submitted my tax return for FY 2026, but I already have an activity statement due 31/07/2026. My question is will it be updated to reflect my tax submission or do I have to pay this one and it will be amended with the next quarter one? Thanks
