You can try calling ATO about removing MyID requirement but I don't know if you can remove the requirement of using MyID if you had used it to log into ATO
"Once you’ve accessed ATO online services using your myID, you must always access ATO online services using your myID. This is because it’s the most secure access method."
Otherwise, it would have to be paper or tax agent to lodge tax return
