If the application hasn't been finalised yet, you may be able to update your address details by contacting the ATO. If it has already been processed, I'd get in touch with them as soon as possible so they can advise whether the missing room number can be added before the letter is delivered.
Hopefully it's just an address update and won't require a new application.
