Whom should I contact to have my previous job status updated from Working Holiday Maker (WHM) to Temporary Graduate? Also that particular business has gone into liquidation. I have already filled the withholding declaration form. But I could not exactly find where to upload it.

In a usual situation, you'd usually provide the withholding declaration form to your employer but in your case, this isn't possible due to them going into liquidation.
In this situation, the incorrect tax withholding will be corrected when you lodge your tax return. When you lodge, you'll need to declare your correct tax residency status for the income year. We'll work out any tax adjustments based on the information in your return and the amounts your employer reported to us.
Any excess tax withheld due to the incorrect Working Holiday Maker classification will be refunded to you if you're entitled to one.
