Hi @YitongZhao
You have four options to amend your tax return when you realise you’ve made a mistake - online services through your myGov account, a paper amendment form, registered tax agent or by sending a letter.
Our How to request an amendment to your tax return page will guide you through each option.
To lodge the amendment via your online service, have a look at our quick video How to complete the business section in myTax, this will explain how to include your Uber Eats income.
If you’re completing a paper amendment form the Individual tax return instructions will guide you through the Supplementary tax return section to add your business income.
Generally, you have two years to submit the amendment, the two years starts from the day after your notice of assessment was issued to you. The issue date is shown in the top right-hand corner.
