While we don’t have examples of what an invoice should look like our Access on compassionate grounds- what you need to know page under Evidence requirements it does provide information for Quotes and unpaid invoices.
You can check your invoice to see if it has all the required information noted on the page.
You can also request a review of the decision, you would need to do this within 14 days of the date on the decision letter.
