An IOS or Android phone should not have a bearing on you uploading the documents, it’s more likely to be the browser issue, you can try using a different browser and see if that works for you.
Keep in mind our system is not able to accept any more than 20 attachments.
And check the format of your digital copies they need to be PDF, gif, jpeg and png.
The size is important as well, each attachment needs to be smaller than 10MB
